Q: Does California's CalGreen legislation that goes into effect January 2011 affect remodels or just new construction?


Does the CalGreen legislation just cover new construction or does it cover remodels, as well? If it does cover remodels, what will CalGreen mean for the costs of remodeling in CA after Jan 2011? Thanks.
