I recently saw an ad for a steam shower in a home improvement magazine. How do these work? Are these expensive? How is maintenance on these showers?
I am a HUGE fan of steam rooms. I spend time in one every time I go to the gym or visit a nice hotel. If this is like having my own steam room, I am sold! ...As long as they aren't unbelievably expensive or a terrible pain to maintain.
The cost of a steam shower, like most other things, will be determined by size, selection/options, etc. Depending on the materials used, maintenance may or may not be excessive.
