Q: How much should a 300SF bathroom remodel cost?


I am looking for quality craftsmanship. Basic remodel of tile, new shower and cabinets. My bathroom needs updated badly and we are looking for the right contractor, decent price, and someone who comes with great references.

Hard question to answer. Bathrooms, like kitchens, are on the upper end of the cost-per-square foot charts. Really, much of the cost in these two rooms are based on selections. My best guess is your bathroom will end up in the $100-$200/SF range. Again, it boils down the selections and overall scope of work.
